Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your furniture. If something is not right, our return policy is designed to be clear and fair.

30-day returns

• You may return most items within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in the original packaging.
• To start a return, email support@tuong.studio with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will send a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Returns sent without an RA number cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

• Damaged, defective or incorrect items: we cover all return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
• Change of mind: return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We can arrange freight pickup and deduct the actual cost from your refund, or you may use your own carrier.
• Because outbound shipping is free, for change-of-mind returns we deduct the actual outbound freight cost we paid from your refund. We tell you the amount before you send the item back.
• A 15% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns of large furniture items to cover inspection, repacking and handling. It is waived for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Items that cannot be returned

• Made-to-order, custom-finish or custom-size pieces
• Pre-order items once production has started
• Items marked Final Sale or Clearance
• Items that have been assembled, used, altered or damaged after delivery

Refunds

• Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we will email you to confirm.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit.
• If a return does not pass inspection, we will contact you with photos and options before deciding anything.

Order changes & cancellations

• You can change or cancel an order free of charge any time before it ships.
• Made-to-order pieces can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of payment; after production starts a cancellation fee may apply, and we will tell you the amount before you decide.
• Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but it can be returned under this policy.

Exchanges

If you would like a different finish or size, we will process a return and place a new order for you. Contact us and we will make the switch as simple as possible.
