How does payment work?

You place your order online with no payment taken at checkout. Within 1 business day we email you an invoice with a secure payment link (shipping to the contiguous US is free). Your order is confirmed once the invoice is paid.

Is the furniture solid wood?

Most of our pieces are made from solid hardwoods such as oak, mango, pine, teak or cherry. Where veneers or engineered wood are used, it is stated on the product page.

Does my furniture arrive assembled?

Most case pieces — dressers, sideboards, cabinets and TV stands — arrive fully assembled. Some tables may need their legs attached. Assembly notes are listed on the product page when they apply.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order to the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii and international orders are quoted individually. See Shipping & Delivery.

Why does my piece look slightly different from the photos?

Natural wood grain and hand-applied finishes mean every piece is one of a kind. Small variations in color and texture are part of the character, not a defect.

Can I return an item?

Yes — most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds policy for the details.

What if my furniture arrives damaged?

Note the damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and email us within 48 hours. We will make it right with a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you.
