Tuong Studio furniture is built from solid wood with traditional joinery, and we stand behind it.

1-year limited warranty

We warrant every piece against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser, under normal residential use.

What is covered

• Structural failure of joints, frames or legs
• Drawer slides, hinges and hardware that fail under normal use
• Finish defects such as peeling or bubbling not caused by external damage

What is not covered

• Natural characteristics of solid wood: variation in grain and color, knots, small checks, and seasonal expansion or contraction
• Color variation in hand-painted or distressed finishes, which is intentional
• Damage from misuse, accidents, pets, moisture, direct heat, direct sunlight, or improper cleaning products
• Indoor furniture used outdoors, or commercial / rental use
• Normal wear and tear, and any modification or repair not authorized by us

How to make a claim

• Email support@tuong.studio with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
• We will reply within 1 business day and, at our option, send replacement parts, arrange a repair, replace the item, or issue a refund.
• Replacement items are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
